We don't need 30 more Staceys. We need 30 more people to take what she's done, adapt it for their own communities, and emulate the hell out of it for years on end like she did.

You probably have orgs in your own community who are already doing this work. Seek them out. Support them with everything you've got. Your own tribe, whatever that may be, is waiting for you.
This isn't an either/or proposition for any of us; it's a both/and. What happened in Georgia this fall is possible in huge part because of Stacey's leadership. Replicating that feat, in Georgia and elsewhere, is going to take a lot more bodies in the game. Get in there.
