It is too bad that the spaces @shandro now proclaims free do not save the lives of people who are not seeking treatment today, or not at all.

It is too bad that the spaces @shandro now proclaims free don't include funding for the iOAT program that has some of the best retention rates and outcomes for people who have not done well with other approaches.

It is too bad that the spaces @shandro now proclaims free are not the way to help people using opioids, where OAT (opiod substitution) is the approach supported by evidence that shows positive health outcomes.
