I find it baffling that pundits like Pardew, Merson, Sherwood etc. can look at this #NUFC squad & say it just "doesn't have the quality" to be good.
If that's the case, how do they explain Hasenhuttl's #SaintsFC or Bielsa's #LUFC?

This is no 'Championship' squad full of £5m signings, this is a side with a top GK, plenty good CB's, a £15m LB Liverpool wanted, a ball-winning Hayden & ball-playing Shelvey with a front four full of pace, power & spark.
A good manager would get this group looking very decent.

We're limited in areas - I think our CM lacks a driving force & consistency as Shelvey's a luxury, S Longstaff struggling & Hendrick so limited - but there's real potential in this side.
Results are ok at times but so unsustainable when we play badly 9/10 under Bruce.

Basically, I'm just sick of Bruce taking offence to very fair criticism/questions & the media constantly defending him when the squad at his disposal and money spent (for once!) has created a team capable of so much more.
I love #NUFC, but no longer look forward to watching us.
