1) Work Timezones: we're (currently) an hour ahead of EST, and a few hours behind CET - great for working with both the US and EU companies:

This really depends on where you're coming from, but for most people, its massively better.
If you were to setup a company here depending on sector, its a few percent on profits. For me: 2% (IT company). Just google it and read up on your specifics.

After being an immigrant most of my life I can comprehensively say: Barbados and Bajans are the most welcoming I've encountered.
