“Today we are going to pick that kid (one with the least confidence in his ability) and you are going to stack the deck in his favor without him knowing he has the advantage and get him to win a rep be the top kid.
Then we are going to celebrate that win to make him 10 feet tall. Then put him in against guys who he’s close in ability to and take away his advantage and watch the affect the confidence spike has on his results.”
This one is pure magic. The affect of manufacturing confidence in a young player first and then use the confidence spike to create legitimate wins is one of the coolest things you can do. To watch the change in energy and body language is fascinating
I’ve had days when I wasn’t feeling good myself, in a bad mood or whatever and I did this and the affect it has on me, my state and my energy is incredible.
