That’s why they hired DeJoy to slow delivery, loose ballots, remove mailboxes, etc). It was a panic.

In 2022, we should perform a total mail in ballot election across all states with races. Get a baseline of how people vote when they CAN vote. Then compare it to the elections in 2024 which will be a combo of both.
