This is just the start of many more bills to come after today.

HJR 13 from Rep. Terry Canales: would authorize and regulate the possession, cultivation, and sale of cannabis in the state.
2/ HB 169 from Rep. Senfronia Thompson: would reduce the criminal penalty for the possession of small amounts of Penalty Group 1 controlled substances and marijuana.
3/ HJR 11 from Rep. Ron Reynolds would: authorize and regulate the possession, cultivation, and sale of cannabis for **medical** use in the state.
4/ SB 90 from Sen. José Menéndez would: authorize the possession, use, cultivation, distribution, transportation, and delivery of medical cannabis for medical use by qualifying patients with **certain debilitating medical conditions.**
5/ HB 43 from Rep. Alex Dominguez would: authorize the possession, use, cultivation, distribution, transportation, and delivery of medical cannabis for medical use by **patients with certain eligible medical conditions** and the licensing of dispensing organizations.
6/ Under HB 99 from Rep. Steve Toth, law enforcement officers would *not be able to arrest* someone, without a warrant, for possession of two ounces or less of marijuana.
7/ HB 307 from Rep. Nicole Collier would: create a defense to prosecution for the possession of consumable hemp products containing a controlled substance or marijuana.
8/ HB 447 from Rep. Joe Moody would allow an adult (ages 21+) to use, possess, and transport up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis. Also authorizes a 10% sales tax. #txlege
