A lot of folks asking for my gut sense. Well, bariatric surgery rearranged my gut, so my signals get scrambled. That said:

The goal for Biden’s team now is to project presidential preparation and calmness, not to amplify focus on the lawsuits. They’ll do daily policy events, announce key staff, create news. Getting the GSA ascertainment is basically up to Meadows. /2
The media should accurately frame the coordinated GOP efforts as one aimed at keeping the Senate (GA) and focus on the damage it’s doing to us in our national emergency. /3
Unless the powerful people in Trump’s orbit have real evidence of misconduct that could change the outcome of the vote, don’t do live interviews with them snd don’t carry their press conferences live. Cover them, don’t amplify them. /4
This is harmful and sad and outrageous and predictable and will be futile in the end. I’ll leave it for others to label it. My gut - again - it’s surgically altered (!) tells me that calling it a “coup” will amplify its virulence. Biden will be sworn in on 1/20. /5.
