Multiple family members have tested positive, including elders of the family. Some are very sick.
My colleague watched the livestream from home, but is now watching as his loved ones get sick from a distance.

My heart hurts for my colleague. What started as a celebration of life turned into a substantial COVID-19 outbreak.

Friends, I know it’s been said before but please think twice about the gatherings you’re holding. Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas parties, weddings, funerals, etc etc are all opportunities for outbreaks to occur.
