I’ve fasted roughly 55 days total in the past 112 days (16 weeks). Give or take a few fasted days. It’s sustainable until I get down to 8-11% body fat. At that point I either eat more or fast less.
My fasted days are my most productive due to lack of distractions. No making/finding food. No resting after meal. No breaking work flow. Hungry doesn’t phase me as it’s psychological due to residual fat and balanced electrolytes.
It’s like a cheat code for getting stuff done.

It’s weird dropping it in a convo because people can’t comprehend not eating. Let alone not eating 3 days a week every week. Fun to see where this takes me. I’ll have to find something to replace this divergent behavior
Once my body is too low bf. or I’ll have to stack a new behavior to keep up the intensity. I’m now comfortable fasting. Any ideas guys?
