Firstly, they was thrilled with the fact Mrx0518 on its own showed

Strong Anti Tumour Bio Marker Activity

with up regulation of the MOST POTENT cancer fighting Bio Marker IL-12 along with other anti cancer bio markers

Coupled with the down regulation of Neutrophils and Treg Cells.

These Cells are witnessed in abundance with cancer patients with the worst outcomes

Therefore by reducing these bio markers signals again anti tumour properties

By reducing Treg cells (homeostasis cells) it allows over abundance/ production of the anti tumour cells which allow the immune system to fight the tumour

Yet MRx0518 has an excellent safety profile leading me to believe this approach is better than CAR-T Cell therapy

Without going into too much detail this is very promising EARLY signs for MRx0518

So far every cancer indication which has had a meaningful enrolment has seen very positive effects

Trials are all VERY likely to show safe and efficacious RESULTS
