Key issues and questions from young people:
➡️ finding a teacher to support them
➡️ who else can they talk to if not teachers
➡️ involving family members in the process more
➡️ making AP/PRUs look and feel better - less "jail" like
Key issues and questions raised by professionals:
➡️ importance of culture in a school led by SLT
➡️ reintegration meetings are key - need to be collaborative
➡️ environment (furniture, light, noise etc) in AP/PRUs matters
➡️ young people can find support via non-school staff too
My other key takeaway - local matters.

Young people and schools should keep tapping into and utilise the organisations, youth activities and support in your community.
