@KaaviKural will agree while @AparBharat might not.

Let us face one thing clearly - @BJP4India and Hindus don't have a symbiotic existence, but they have only a relationship of convenience.

The former stoke the latter's emotions and kindle the hopes of Hindus tremendously.
However, except for RJB, think of it honestly and let me know if BJP and its leaders have proposed anything Hindu in their agenda points.

Hindu in ethos, Hindu in thoughts, Hindu in practices, Hindu in lifestyle, Hindu in promises, Hindu in culture - anything?

@UshaNirmala
BJP is, for all practical purposes, what its party name states. BHARATIYA - as in Indian (by citizenship, not by any other measure)

Dial back to Sabka statements
Dial back to 125-130 crore Indians

... kind of statements! You'd realize what they allude to.

@anexcommie
BJP works and will continue to work for "Indian" public.

Hindus, however, have conveniently been lulled, again, into believing that BJP is a right-wing Hindu fundamentalist & nationalist party, with only the last adjective being true (nationalist)

@CAVijayaSuresh @lalitha_jr
It, however, must be told that the Hindus, even when lulled, galvanized themselves into a consolidation and/or revivalist mode. Due to which, there is a lot of clamour for saffronization, Sanatani roots getting rekindled, practises being eulogized and the like.

@GunduHuDuGa
That commencement of galvanization of Hindus into one force has started in right earnest. The boldness that the Hindus rediscovered, the voice that they had lost, the power they reclaimed, the josh that they ascribed to themselves ...

@almightykarthik
.. the confidence they imbibed within, the power of the Kshatriya, the smartness of the Shudra, the business acumen of the Vaishya, the erudition of the Brahmin, the pride in their cultural continuity, the belief in their Puranas ...

@Speakwithsense1 @anavrittim
... , the replacement of Hello with Namaste, the substitution of RIP with Om Shanti, the assertiveness in their voices, the rejection of the white man's endorsement, the pushback on the brown coolie (aka coconut) narrative, the demolition of the MSM Presstitutes ..

@vanamadevi
... the ability to rally for common Hindu causes, the irreverence to heroes of yore (Gandhi, Nehru, Ramaswamy Naicken, etc.), the smashing iconoclasm about modern day heroes (Virat Kohli, the Khan triumvirate, etc.) ...

just naming a few

@Bhairavinachiya @NarayanAnand3
.. events of recent past that are visible in many many folks' lives is all, in the meanwhile, attributable to the rise of the BJP as a co-creator.

It is not the BJP that caused these (not completely). It was in the making and BJP just appeared as a catalyst!

@SriRamya21
BJP took advantage of the situation. Hindus leveraged BJP (unwittingly, I'd hasten to add).

However, going forward, to expect BJP to be helpful to Hindu causes is futile, the acclaimed Chanakya Neeti notwithstanding.

@tamilan_ts @vijayashreenair
@aparnaAD2

@aparnasridhar7

BJP is committed to India. Let us not have doubts about it. BJP is not fully committed to Hindus. Let us not have any doubts about it too.

For BJP, their Veda / Bible / Koran, is the Indian Constitution.
Harmful, as it may, to the Hindu civilization it may be, to expect BJP to act anything against the Ind-Con is foolhardy.

Only RJB was the Hindutva agenda of BJP. Rest all is Bharatiyata.

Discerning that the reader is, s/he'd make the difference.

@kandanmuruganin @GopalanVs
The emotional Hindu has ascribed to BJP and its leadership the greatness of Hindu Hriday Samrat and the like. It is downright foolish and absolutely suicidal, IMHO.

Look beyond the BJP, folks. But bide your time.

@SparesofWar @vprakash68
Being down and literally out for so long, the hero-worshipping-yet-hero-starved and dumbed-down-and-mentally-defeated Hindu got fooled into trusting the BJP to further her/his own agenda.

Bad path, folks. Use the BJP. Counter the devilish other-side forces.

@thoravazhakkan
However, don't take them so seriously. They are here to further Bharatiyata (whatever it means!)

If you subscribe to Hindutva, be the original smart you are. Dal is smaller than Desh, which itself is smaller than Dharma.

Subscribe to Dharma & leverage the Dal

@Maha_periyava_
TO seek from the furtherance of Hindutva, & then being heart-broken at their complete, studied & pregnant silence on matters that matter to us is a parade of our own stupid expectations.

Consolidate our votes
Get 4 children, per couple
Bring them up in Dharma

@Indumakalktchi
Be future focused
Be steadfast in Dharma
Be concentrated on the big-goal
Be particular about the interim milestones
Be victorious
Jaya Vijayee Bhava

@chittukuruvi4
Let me, for what it is worth, make this clear

I am not against BJP - I am against trusting them blindly to further Sanatani causes. They are a prisoner of their circumstances & the fence around them (laid by themselves) forces them to be so.

@ChitraSundaram7
That brings no harm for them. But there is something I have been telling myself: use them strategically or tactically, as it suits you. In the process, make sure that you don't let the bigger enemy get in!

@experienceluv
We should not forget nor should we let BJP forget that only the dog should wag the tail. https://twitter.com/aparnaAD2/status/1327581152656252928?s=20
The apologists of BJP have already started believing that without them Sanatana Dharma would have been going down the tube.

Perditious that may be, their being in cahoots with the inimical forces is visible to Sanatanis who want to see thru their intent & actions.
Giving an RJB makes me thankful to BJP
Giving in to Sabarimala makes me hateful of BJP

Keeping Hindu temples in control (UK)
Demolition of mostly Hindu temples alone (GJ)
Diwali celebrations being muzzled
Silence on Hindu murders
...
...
inability to counter anti-Hindu narratives
pusillanimity in education reforms
shrillness in Constitutional reforms

.. all these & more point to an existence of BJP within its self-imposed (!?) confines.
