Looks like they finally managed to mitigate Trump by getting the people he hired to slow-walk or outright refuse to comply. I'm sure some were plants, others may have been threatened.

Even so, after 5 years of him being maligned daily, there was such overwhelming support of Trump that they had to visibly cheat to in the election to try and edge him out.
