hey, i know it’s hard, and that’s okay. it’s valid of you to be struggling.
it’s been a really, really long year, huh?
look at you though, you’ve grown so much! maybe you don’t notice it, but this year you’ve grown a lot (you even seem a little taller!).
despite all the bad that came with this past year, here you are, still waking up, still breathing. you made it. you did it. and i’m so, so unbelievably proud of you.
always try to remember the good that came out of all of this. it’s been so lovely for us all to be together like this, and we made so many wonderful memories that all of us will treasure for a long long time.
reminder that it’s okay if you can’t always focus on the good, it’s unreasonable to expect yourself to. just try to return to it.
take some time for yourself, you need it and you deserve it. be sure you eat, drink water, and get your sleep too! maybe play a game, listen to music, draw, do something you love.
talk to a friend later, too. it’s helpful to talk to someone. check up on each other, it’ll serve you well.
