1- START!
The first growth mindset activity you need to do is to take "the critical first step"
Get out there and try new things. That is the only way to uncover your passions and truly find out what’s right for you.

2 - Reflect
No matter what you’re mindset is, surely you can think of something that you were not good at doing when you started it, but you eventually got the hang of it.
Be your own personal cheerleader!

3 - Learn
People used to think that the brain was a “nonrenewable” organ. Guess what! is now generally accepted that the brain can grow, regenerate, and change, which has an impact on our cognitive functioning.
The more you learn the better and stronger the brain gets!

4- Face your fears!
Seek out a learning opportunity that you think you’re “not cut out” for. Get out of your comfort zone.
No matter what you seek out to learn, create some $mart goals. This will allow you to have a specific target to work toward and let you track your progress

5 - Grow your Grit
To develop grit, you must find something that you’re interested in learning and do anything it takes to improve that skill every day. You have to believe it’s possible to make progress, greatly improve, and succeed – as long as you’re putting in the effort.

6 - Keep a Journal
Track your new set activities for a month.
They must be activities that you’ve never thought of doing before. Keep yourself accountable and consistent.
By the end, you will discover some new abilities and unrealized new potential.

7 - Try New Learning Strategies
Adults need to use new strategies to learn due to past predispositions. You need to take the time and explore new ways of learning (be creative, it must be a new way that you haven't used before).

For example:
I discovered in my late 20's that I work and learn a lot better by:
- working in my car,
-with the windows open,
-while listening to Binaural Beta Beats Wave music.
