AND it’s a sneaky win for science in the RURAL category with Trish Fraser from Plant and Food winning for her work in soil science!

My major takeaway from the evening? Imagine if science/research awards undertook this shift, and invited all finalists, with winners only notified on the night.

Yes, it would bruise egos.

Bruised egos are probably (?) the fundamental building block of community.
