The point of my listing of things we should be talking about instead is not to take a side because I'm equally tired of everyone atm. I think all factions of the party are a little too obsessed with Corbyn either as a God or a boogie man
and I didn't join the Labour Party to get into a personality cult or to define myself against an individual. I'm here to fight for socialism against Tory rule, and I really struggle to care about internal feuding and individual people when so much more is at stake
Corbyn has behaved badly, Starmer hasn't dealt with it well, it's a shame we don't yet have the independent complaints process because it's obvious no-one has faith in the current system
But can we please stop pretending that Corbyn is socialism, and that what happens to him is the most important thing in the world. I know far too many people who only get righteously angry when it involves Corbyn
There are so many more important things for us to be angry about, and I can't spend the rest of my life locked in a debate about Corbyn or Starmer and how they matter oh so much. The Labour Party is the vehicle socialism. Not any person. And it always will be, whoever is leader
