How to fix your poor posture

Having poor posture as a man shows a lack of respect for oneself

It does not inspire confidence and makes you appear weak

It also makes you less attractive

And increases your chances of developing problems later in life

Become a man of stature and fox your posture 👇
1) Walk more.

Humans are designed to walk.

Focus on standing tall and keep your shoulders down and back.

Get up and move as often as you can.

For every 30 minutes you sit, get up and walk for at least 5 minutes.

Use your body for what it's designed for.

Move.
2) Train your posterior (back, butt, hamstrings, traps) with solid technique

Think:

Deadlifts
Hip thrusts
All forms of lunge
Farmers Walks
Face pulls
Rows
Band pull aparts

Do them correctly

Perform 2 sets of pulling for every 1 set of pushing

Strengthen your back
3) Consider visiting a Chiropractor at least twice a year

A good Chiropractor will do wonders for manipulating and realigning your body

Combine that with more walking and proper training and you've got a recipe for success

5) Be more conscious of your shoulder and neck position when you are sitting and standing

This is slightly more challenging and will require you to pay attention to your body

Become more self aware and correct your posture when you notice you are hunched over

Focus
As with anything like this, there is no quick fix

You can't undo years of bad habits overnight

But you can gradually make improvements by consistently implementing these tips

You don't need to live with poor posture

It will hinder your life
