heartbreaking thing is this family just came to our attention yesterday. If it hadn’t been 4 Amer of @cranbrooklegal (thanks to @DanGrutters 4 connecting us) acting pro Bono & the amazing social worker @tlcap_ stepping in- this injunction wouldn’t have been possible (2/3)
They were failed by their solicitor. They were failed by @ukhomeoffice & consequences to mental health & safety of this family would have been devastating. We won, but hard to celebrate when you think how many others on flight in same situation? #StopThePlane #Jamaica50 (3/3)
