VMware Skyline Health Diagnostics for vSphere is a self-service tool to detect issues using log bundles and suggest the KB/Steps remediate the issue.

Looking at an example where it actively diagnoses why from the logs a vCenter service didn't start. This is pretty impressive, even pulls those log segments out.
