Few words to myself around telehealth/consults generally 

1) don't go into a consultation with any perceived expectations or barriers - let the conversation flow were it wants to go
2) Give the patient time to talk, air any concerns - even if you think its irrelevant

3)Pick your battles!!. Dont feel the need to correct or challenge everything that's is said if its of little consequence.
4) Ask patients take on the matter and what they think may be contributing

. Could go all day. Between patients, on dinner and after work watch or listen to something comedic - have a laugh and unwind. Helps me not fall into the abyss whilst being stuck in house
