(1870 - 2020).

On every major social issue, the Leftwing won, and the Rightwing lost.

Curtis Yarvin once said

"The Overton Window moves slowly, but it only moves left."

A 'Conservative' in 2020, would be considered 'Liberal' in 1960

A liberal from 2020, would be considered 'Insane' in 1960.

None of these comments are original, but they bear repeating.

1860s: "Should we end slavery?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1910s: "Should women be given the vote?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1930s: "Should 'Social Security' be created?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1960s: "Should pre-marital sex become socially acceptable and mainstream?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1960s: "Should racial segregation be ended?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1960s: "Should we create a Welfare State (Welfare+Medicaid) that subsidizes single motherhood?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

1960s: "Should we have 'No Fault Divorce' (2nd Wave Feminism), and allow the divorce rate to skyrocket?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

2010s: "Should gay marriage (homosexual marriage) be legalized?"

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

2020: "Should we be willing to inject a 12 year old girl with Testosterone, if she says she wants to be a 'Trans Man'? "

Leftwing: Yes

Rightwing: No

On all of these issues, the Leftwing WON and the Rightwing LOST
