I was going to keep this private as I don't do drama but I've been getting publicly embarrassed and exploited constantly by Rustorias team (Trust in Rust guys) since I decided to split up with them on the http://Oblivion.gg servers and start a fresh with someone new.

Everything in this thread is public/ was public at a given stage so any behind the scenes stuff will be kept confidential as it should always be out of respect to privacy other than dates.

Here's the nature of Rustoria and their public abuse/ exploitation of my name/ brand.

On the 23/10/2020 I decided to message Ryan of Rustoria to end the relationship between Rustoria and Oblivion privately as we weren't happy with how the servers have progressed. We split up mutually with a mutual understanding that all publicity was on good terms regardless .

However since the split and the public announcement of my new OblivionRust servers these are the following public situations that occurred that other players/ friends alerted me to. Which begun a twisted spiral of exploitation, belittling and disrespect from Rustoria staff.

- Rustoria redirected my http://Oblivion.gg/discord to Rustoria servers without my permission. Abusing my specific link and my fans/ following for personal gain.
- Rustoria Advertised their servers on my old servers without consent alongside a verbal agreement this would not happen.

- They did not close my http://Oblivion.gg server on Forced wipe which was the agreement (See image attached webpage regarding closure of servers on the 3rd december). Instead kept it up and continued to advertise their servers/ rebrand my old server without my permission.

- After noticing my server was still up and promoting Rustoria servers under Oblivion, I decided to go on the Oblivion server and promote the new Oblivion servers. To which I was banned for advertising a different server.
- My admin on Oblivion servers had also been revoked prior

- Since split, Oblivion servers decided to kick all Rustoria staff and ban certain ones to avoid confrontation in our discord, which has only resulted in a barrage of messages, questions and abuse.
- We have not approached them on their discord/ servers nor wish to.

Here are all images that were public at one point. All private messages will not be public out of respect to both parties.

Dates showing closure on the 3rd December yet servers manually wiped, manually renamed and still under the name Oblivion. With their advertising still promoting on the server from which I am banned upon yet still under my name.

We had been nothing but privately respectful of this situation until this happened recently. Like I said. Nothing private is being leaked, this is all/ was public at one stage. We will not be working/ linked with Rustoria again nor will I be a part of any events run by them.

I did not wish to make this public but after the ridicule we've been getting from Rustoria related staff publicly , I'm not going to accept it and do not want to sit back and let my name / brand be abused against my will.

Oblivion fans do not go send hate. Learn and move on.

- We Also noticed advertising in our discord for the Rustoria server being launched. A link to their discord too from staff. All of which was not meant to be happening.
- Upon noticing this, I personally removed every role from everyone to start fresh. As they breach agreement.
