Despite the DOJ dropping ALL of the [bogus] charges against @GenFlynn on 5/7/2020 and then President Trump issuing him a full pardon last week, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is STILL refusing to dismiss the case. How on EARTH can this possibly be justified?
Despite the DOJ dropping ALL of the [bogus] charges against @GenFlynn on 5/7/2020 and then President Trump issuing him a full pardon last week, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is STILL refusing to dismiss the case. How on EARTH can this possibly be justified?
2/ Not only has Judge Sullivan failed to issue a ruling on this case 7 months after the prosecutors withdrew from the case and SEVERAL months after he was instructed to proceed “With Dispatch” in its resolution, he refuses to do so. This after Michael T. Flynn was railroaded
3/ and unjustly persecuted by our own government for YEARS. We have DIRECT EVIDENCE that the agents who interviewed Flynn didn’t think he was lying. We have the call transcripts that PROVE he never discussed sanctions and we STILL haven’t seen the original FBI 302 interview notes
4/ despite the fact that we know the revised copy we’ve seen wasn’t the original, was produced WEEKS after it took place [which is not normal protocol], that the author of the agents notes when presented to Flynn’s defense team were mislabeled for over 2 years & SO MUCH MORE.
5/ I don’t have any words to express what has happened to him over the past 4 years and what Judge Sullivan continues to attempt to put him through. THESE are the type of judges that the Democrats want to up-end over 150 years of judicial precedent and “pack” the court with if,
6/ heaven-forbid, they ever regain power? We would be a become complete banana-republic in the blink of an eye. To say I’m outraged by this ongoing abomination is an understatement that I can’t satisfactorily convey. All this tells me is that the goods @GenFlynn must have
7/ on the corruption within our government & intelligence agencies must be MIND-BLOWING.
What happened to Sullivan? The man who once made a historic, courageous & just ruling regarding Brady evidence [in favor of @SidneyPowell1] in a high-profile case is nowhere to be found.
