1. The love of clothing signals
People have been upset that a person they were interested in was wearing oversized clothes but was straight.
That trend was made by black community in the 90's.

1.5: Eyebrow Slits
They have been saying that if a girl has an eyebrow slit, she's a lesbian.
Which is definitely not true because it was made and popularized by black people and has been for decades.
Our trends aren't yours

2. Labels
Many know some people in the community have sub labels.
(Stud, Butch, ect)
I don't appreciate that the labels that black lesbians made because white lesbians shunned them have been taken over by white lesbians.
And I've talked to my cousin about this one.

3. AAVE
Non-Black people have been overusing our dialect and claiming as LGBT way of talking.
This has been our way of talking since my grandmother was a child and before that.
A lot of people have been using it wrong as well and it's frustrating.

4. sexualization
Many of white LGBT have been known to only like us for our body.
(black women are known to be curvy, black men are known to have big penises)
And will only use us for our bodies.

4.5: Gay Slave Owners
It was a thing that white gay slave owners would take black men and rape them in front of their family.

5: Black Trans Men
Black trans men have been shunned out since the light of day.
Most black trans men were labeled as studs (black masc lesbians) and they stayed with the label because thats the closest thing they had.

6. LGBTQ fans of Black Creators
A lot of them (Best Example, Barbz) will take black way of talking and say that that creator made it up (Chile)
Or they will say, "I'm not racist, I like ____"

7. intersection of minority groups
Many LGBTQ need to remember that they still have power over poc.
Many have said that "they don't understand how oppressed they are" when poc are the most targeted group of minorities, but especially black people.

8. Tik Tok trend
There was a trend where they said "you saw how we treated blm, wait until we (the community) start"
It was very disrespectful because those movements were for the lives of victims of racial discrimination.
Our lives isn't just some movements.
