One of the things I enjoy doing is a daily NYT Crossword. Helps me keep my mind right allows me to seek out patterns, themes, and double meanings. This is one of the things that drew me to ‘17’. That and I love this country.

2) In
2300 we see something a little dasting.
I always thought it was drawing attention to the
Cross and it may be.
But after looking at this again it sort of looks to me like a Crossword answer!

3) This lead me to start looking at each Xword with a bit more scrupulous eye and to try and see any other DS connections as it pertains to Crosswords and if [they] could possibly be communicating within the Crossword knowing most of their other comms are being monitored.
4) Will Shortz has been the Xword editor for as long as I’ve been doing them (2002 or so) So I started looking into some of his background. 11) Innocuous enough, but knowing Wikileaks produced atleast 7 reporters from NYT that colluded with DNC and HRC in 2016 I wondered if I could tie one of them to the command.
12) I started looking up each of those reporters in conjunction with the xword and found this known clue...
14) Could this be a signal of some kind for Op-Ed (Gail Collins) to Leave No Trace of communication or evidence of some kind? Maybe a threat?
Any one else seeing any these that they still have access to?
