like losing sleep because you can't stop thinking about your hyperfixation
already have trouble focusing and then it being worse because your hyperfixation is all you can think about
exhausting all the content related to it in days because your so into it, meaning you have to keep engaging with the things you've already seen
ignoring your physical needs because your hyperfocused on it
annoying your friends and even losing friendships because you don't want to do anything unrelated to your hyperfixation
making friends through your hyperfixation and then losing them when you get a new one because you bonded so heavily over only your hyperfixation
feeling lost when you don't have a hyperfixation to the point where nothing makes you happy
constantly feeling annoying for being so "obsessed" with your hyperfixation
