PROS: Experience in large organization, meeting strict time deadlines, helped the Twins win the ‘91 World Series
CONS: Gruff, not in touch with younger players, bad tooth
PROS: Strong background scouting prospects, experience working with lower budgets. Can survive falls from great distances
CONS: Often misses on projections. Violent streak. Hangs out with kids
PROS: Track record of working with young prospects. Already has the Phillies hat
CONS: Not super progressive, slow to recognize generational talent, no executive experience
