@LouDowne great services tell a story to set expectations for users. If your story has gaps users will assume & make stuff up.

Well... I'm absolutely jiggered after a full day of intense Service Design wizardry with @LouDowne but its been absolutely mint & wholly recommend to all & sundry. Testament to how serious @N_landCouncil take providing great services! Exciting times...
