2/ the oppressed are left justifying their right to exist under whatever conditions are being questioned on. This is an erosion of one's personhood and this psychological violence and aggression is chronically at play potentially at any unsuspecting moment

3/ Do not underestimate the physical and emotional toil this has on the body. These are potentially the experiences of our #AHP colleagues and they hold this trauma, these aggressions in them. We must do the #antiracist work necessary to protect each other.
