I told a story about players dealing with media and was told I should share it here. During Kevin Garnett's second run with the Wolves, I was in the locker room when a young player was complaining about talking to the media. KG perked up across the room and was listening in.

Player went on to say "I don't want to talk to you guys anymore because you twist everything I say." KG yelled across the room "Stop saying stupid shit and they'll stop reporting the stupid shit you say." The young player's eyes got wide and he started talking right away.
