(A thread)

👇
1/ Don't build on ideas you aren't a customer of.
2/ When in doubt, do things in a sequel, not parallel.
3/ First break something, then scale the process.

Think of doing things the bootstrapping way.
4/ Idea quality vs. Execution quality.

To succeed you'll need both.
5/ Find out what resonates with people - that's the idea you want to pursue.
6/ The skillset you're developing by doing things wrong, is getting you there.

Remember that when things aren't going well.
7/ Stay very close to people who have good taste and an insane rate of learning.

They eventually will hit something and figure it out.
8/ Don't get bored with your own idea.
9/ The internet is so big that you can be mediocre and still build something great.
10/ The big problem with advertisements is the distraction.

It takes value away from the conversation.
