Yo, if you’re traveling to other cities to bash some fash, let me clue you in to a few things I’ve observed regarding wound care.

The PPB has LEARNED to not royally fuck us up. A new city will act just like PPP did... in month one. This means greater potential for injury 1/-
Things that you should look out for when dealing with fresh baby riot police:

Flash bangs will explode and produce shrapnel. This can and will embed itself in you. It’s not fun.

They will aim for your shins and possibly heads directly with rubber bullets. Also not very fun 2/-
While the PPB now makes targeted arrests, fresh baby cop may try to affect your mobility and leave. This involves shoving you/beating you with a riot baton and then retreating or violently arresting you. Now on to ways to mitigate these injuries 3/-
For the sweet sweet avulsions direct hits with stew core baton rounds create, disenfect, apply gauze, wrap with roller gauze, tape LIBERALLY. This person needs to move and get this wound professionally looked at by a doctor, use enough tape so the patch doesn’t move 4/-
If you get shrapnel in you, wrap gauze around it so it doesn’t move and go to a hospital. You don’t remove foreign objects; doctors and nurses do that in sterile environments... Unless you know what you’re doing then I guess have at it lol 😉 5/-
If someone gets hit in the head hard enough that they lose consciousness, assume it’s a concussion and go to the ER. They’re probably fine, but “you probably won’t die from a brain bleed” is not a reassuring sentence, now is it? Make sure. At the hospital. 6/-
If you haven’t noticed by now, almost all of my advice will end at the hospital. I’m trained in prehospital care; I am not a doctor or a nurse, and my level of medical training is enough to deliver you into their fantastically caring hands. When in doubt, see a doctor ;) 7/7
