It's been 4 days since cyberpunk was released. I have played 33 hours. On average that's 8.25 hours a day.
So far:
Performance- is bad because of my old processor which caps me in certain areas. The hotfix and other tweaks have given me 50-60 in low density areas and 30-50 in high density areas, with a mix of high to low settings. Hopefully they can optimize the cpu intensity.

On bugs- the more I play the more I encounter. Worst bug so far, I was stuck in a building after a mission. No fix, had to load a previous save. I've had multiple minor ui bugs which idk how haven't been fixed. Still no crashes.
Gameplay- nothing new but I enjoy it. The game itself, as stated everywhere feels pretty lifeless because of the almost non-existent npc AI. GTA 5's AI was amazing in retrospect. Lots of minor features you'd expect the be in the game aren't. The game somehow feels unfinished.
Some extra bits- When I break a window it doesn't make a sound. Nor does landing after a high jump. Driving before the hotfix was awful, performance wise. Audio crackles sometimes, might be my fault though. In some areas, I hear glass randomly break, never when I touch it.
The game doesn't just need a couple performance patches. It needs multiple feature patches I'm not sure will happen. Things like a barber to change your appearance will probably come, but what about how lifeless the world feels? So many uninteractable people and locations. :/
Also going along with the lack of good AI, there are street events I guess you would say where there is a "assault in progress". There is no way to speak to the bad guys, you can either kill or knock em out (same as kill basically) and the npc never thank you or interact at all.
Also Also, sprinting and moving my head shreds fps. Directly outside your apartment I go from 49-55 fps to 30-38 fps when I sprint or move my head to fast.
