I’m trying to figure out what was proved. So let’s talk about a rabbit hole.

Which is funny, because that message from Pyro matters less than a third party saying a year later Pyro would have no issues with a 15 year old sexually.
So maybe this is proving Pyro would always ask someone’s age? Perhaps... that’s the angle they want to take.

Ok so maybe we’re not trying to say he would have totally confirmed age... But we are saying Pyro is engaging in fetishes with someone younger.

I really want to be on people’s side here when they say something happened, I’ve done content on abusers and confirmed pedos before.

While Turkey Tom has said he can’t disqualify if Pyro is a groomer, and TommyC(who helped with his vid) said he totally is, Ivory couldn’t even define it... said his friend told him to say it... and that he doesn’t actually care what the definition is.
Let’s talk about presumptions:

- Except he didn’t say that. He said he was never aware Ivory was 15. Ivory turned 16 the month after they started ERP with each other. And all the proof Pyro knew was at 16. Age of consent.

Ivory had no clout to gain, and even if he did it changes nothing on grooming.

These would be the main claims in regards to Pyrocynical. Notice how none of them are actually confirmed? How you have to assume and how some don’t actually add up when thought about for very long.

As far as legality, that’s not even in question at this point.
In terms of morality - Pyro did knowingly engage with someone 3-4 years younger at Age of Consent where both lived.
Beyond that we have R&J laws to protect people in these relationships because it’s not amoral.

I’ve gotten flack for saying Pyrocynical is innocent. He is. It’s not an opinion. You are innocent until proven guilty and when you engage in speculation, assumptions and presumptions that’s not proof. That’s why it comes across as being done for clout given Pyro’s sub count.
I think I’ve addressed the main topics I plan to bring up on Monday’s stream at 10:30 EST, but if people believe I’ve said anything incorrect. Feel free to join the stream and confront me directly about it and I’ll be respectful, assuming the same.
