Here parents who may be wary about their children embarking on this path are the “problem”. The young person, it is suggested, may need to move away from family. But stay in touch. Nowadays they are told to leave us and find a “glitter family”. Nothing creepy about that.

Whittle omits the fact that hate crimes don’t cover sex but laments this means the trans person can’t claim “sexism”. Not that they are blind to the impact on any other protected group or anything....Not utterly, blindly, selfish...at all.

Mentions the fact that women couldn’t become priests whatever their transition status. Nicely sidesteps the law that allows even GRC holders to be excluded from single sex spaces. Disingenuous much Mx Whittle.

Not good practice to exclude a transwoman from a beauty course that involves naked ladies. Interesting example. Could it be that Whittle just sees women as clothes, make up and beauty regimes?

Yep. Whittle was involved in the Gender Recognition Act. It purposely was not reliant on any surgery. Here Whittle says getting a GRC is easy and cheap. Not what they say in 2020 when whipping up testeria about the GRA reform. Devious much?

The major flaw in the GRA. Can’t ask for a GRC. Can’t tell if you are told in a formal capacity. So forced to unleash biological males into women’s private areas with no warning so she can decide who gets to see her naked/examine her.

Naturally refers to Mermaids, GIRES, Beaumont Society and Press for Change. A roll call of organisations responsible for the most vicious attack on women’s and gay rights.

This made me laugh. Someone is living rent free in Whittle’s head. This book is not by Janice Raymond, who Whittle talks of disparagingly, It’s by Jan Morris. In the recommended reading.
