I think it's time for a thread. It's been coming. Only so many times I can answer a question regarding Twitter & YouTube with 'coin picks'

The problem I see, and I also have first-hand knowledge of 'as an influencer' (hate this term, most are fucking idiots) are targetted because of money. Pre-sale coins, marketing and outright manipulation due to 'insider' information.
They promote to you. For you to BUY.
They promote to you. For you to BUY.
The rule I've set myself since starting my YouTube is I'll cover coins I hold and I'll state if I do not hold it. EVEN though people always moan at that stating "why don't you hold a coin you like" because I cannot hold everything.
Most people do not live by this rule.

On average each week I'd say now within my DM's I'd get around 20-25 emails from projects.
Utter guff 99% of them. Gmail emails, Pre-sale, Hidden teams & Copy coins, asking for my price list and how I could add it within a video. I often share them in my private chat for bants

I've had projects tell me exclusively who has promoted their project before (yes I know) they really do share information like this to 'try get you onboard' It's a really shitty industry. Mainly because people want to be paid for having a face in this space...
So. My point is. Why do people moan when a coin does a rug pull? Did you not research it? Yes, the person in the image is a shit magnet when it comes to rug pulls, but that's because emails are answered. But who is really to blame here?
The blind investor who puts money into an unknown project, with no team, a pre-sale and a shitty ERC-20. Expecting a 100X.
Or the promotor. Who loves money and just wants to cover it to fill up content for people as an 'easy watch' without realising the risks to others.

I'd say its BOTH. For me, I won't feature anything on my channel that I would not personally put my own money into, even if it does end up shit. I get questions all the time to cover X Y & Z coins each day to promote peoples underwater bags. Will I, NO!
Too many people in this space are here for money, it's full-on greed from an investor (who have no idea what profits are) and content creators on the most part who 'is obviously' promoting coins (not everyone, but the bad always stands out) for a quick buck.
