We all have weakneses and let's be real they suck

But the way you approach your weakness will either make or break you

Let's look at how to approach weaknesses

[Thread]👇
The first step is getting to know yourself

If you don't already know your weaknesses then you need to work on knowing yourself

-Write things
-Take notes of habits
-Look at mistakes and fears
-Guilty pleasures
Okay so you have an idea of what your weaknesses are

Now Evaluate

-Is it really a weakness?
-Does this weakness strengthen another area?
Now there are 2 approaches

-Weakness based approach focuses on bringing up your weakness

-Strength-based approach focuses on bringing up your strengths
The best approach is a strength-based approach

Here's why

-Directing energy towards weakness will weaken your strengths
-Ignoring strengths = Loss of opportunities and sharpening those skills to excel
-Changing a weakness is hard and can cost you more later
In the end, the goal is not to sacrifice your strengths at the expense of improving a weak point

-Hire someone to do your weak work
-Get weakness to a good enough point
-Let your strengths outshine instead
Hoping this helps everyone out there dealing with weak points in their life

We all have them but don't let that hold you back from your potential
