#WardleyMaps are lovely fun, but they can be hard to learn at first!
So when you're just getting started, there is something you ought to consider...
Instead of trying to map right away (which can be a lot to learn all at once), make lists instead!
Make lists of users, make lists of needs, share them, and see if you can find out where people disagree! That kickstarts the process of creating a common model. Simple, but useful!
