@OakNational provide lessons that fit this bill. For those unable to access them still (thanks to the poor rollout of laptops etc) we need to provide alternatives. Textbooks would be my go-to here, as we have them available in school.
All staff are in. Critical worker kids are in, as are exam groups. This doesn't have to mean drastically different timetabling etc. Sure, class sizes may be tiny, some might not exist. But you now have the staffing to support the rest of your unknowns...
...Staff can be contacting kids on MSTeams etc to keep community cohesion, and support tutor groups. It isn't our usual method.of doing this, but it isn't difficult if we are keeping things simple.
We already have most of the leg-work done to accommodate this. Only if school/trust leaders now expect drastic changes are they required.

Do not reinvent the wheel. Especially when we have been told 'more announcements to follow'. You will have to repeatedly revisit your plans. You will scream when things change and comms are poor.

The plans changed all the time. This is something that you become habituated to when dealing with the MOD and crisis-management situations.

You will never have the perfect plan.

My DMs are open if anyone wants to bounce ideas or talk. Moving kids around a school is far easier than the laws around moving dangerous goods, ammunition, and firearms around the world.
