It comes as no surprise that this year has been hell all around. Everyone has been effected in some way. Some worse than others. I'm writing this because i came to realize some people feel that just because they (and those in their lives) have been in (c)

Good health and still have jobs their sturggles and feelings about this year are not (as) valid as those who had worst luck.
I write this to tell anyone that feels this way that while you may have faired better then others it doesnt mean you shouldnt feel stressed or (c)

That your pain isnt valid.
I recently had a huge mental breakdown about how hard the years been for me. While i didnt lose anyone and everyone in my family that works didnt lose thier jobs, i still stuggled this year through losing the things i relied on to keep me sane (c)

Not having my family vacas or the cons or even in person classes had a heavy effect on me. For months i been pushing the pain down thinking i have to right to be upset when everyone ik is in good health and my fam n i still have income.
But nowci realize holding it in was (c)

Only hurting me more. And that my personal losses (while minor in the big picture) are still valid.
So i ask that anyone who is suffering too remember that their stuggles are valid no matter how big or small
