The VACC Card is supposed to be the new and only authorized government identification. Your driver's license, passport, permits, will be invalid without the additional Vacc card.

And the Vacc card does not recognize citizenship. That is correct. It was discussed that an "undocumented worker" who had been "properly vaccinated" was more desirable than a US citizen without the vaccination. And would be given preferential treatment for any government programs
A "vaccine" is needed. Not so much to cure a disease that is barely a disease. But too calm the public in general, allow them to relax knowing there's an answer, there is safety. Hey vaccine allows people to put it out of their mind as no more dangerous than the flu.
I will never take it, and the sumbitch who tries to give it to me will have the worst day of his life. But for many people it allows them to get on with life and stop living in fear. It allows the markets to stabilize it allows things to reopen. The biggest placebo in history.
Under President Trump this would be a choice, because this is the United States. Under Biden you would be forced to take it or be excluded from society. The new "leper" the new "debtors prison".
