It really is ~HOW~ you say what you’re trying to say.
The ~WHAT~ is still important.
But
If ~HOW~ you say the ~WHAT~ is in the incorrect tone, then it will not be received.

Delivery is everything.
Yelling and screaming to communicate is communicating a whole different message by itself.
You’re saying that the person you’re conversing with doesn’t truly hear what you’re trying to convey in your speech, so you feel like you need to be ~louder~ in order to get your message/point across.
That shouldn’t be the case.

For me, yelling and screaming is an automatic shutdown/turnoff. I’ll stop listening cuz all I hear is noise.
You’ll never have to yell at me to communicate something. Just say what you need to say. If your tone is right that should and will be enough.
