1. Write out 3 goals for the month ✍️

Example:

1. I easily make $10k or more every month

2. I list 4 or more houses every month

3. I sell 4 or more houses every month
2. Set 3 Alarms on your phone ⏰

• Space the goals throughout the day (Frequency)
3. Label your alarm with your goal and do this for each of the goals (Visual)
4. Set the alarm to repeat every day

• The mind learns by repetition so this will ensure you look at your goals every day
5. Create a unique "sound" or "ringtone" to identify and anchor to each goal

Be sure to use a sound that you don't use for anything else but your goal
5. Your brain loves learning patterns

Your will brain will quickly link and anchor the sound of the ringtone and time of day to your goal

In the future, if you hear the sound or whenever it's 9:38 AM, it'll unconsciously remind you of your goal
You will be PROGRAMMING the conscious and subconscious mind together

1 Look at your goals daily (visual)

2 Daily goal review alarms (repetition)

3 Link "sound" with your goals (auditory)

4 You will be using more of your senses to internalize your goals
