Tanzania hasn’t been reporting COVID because they apparently don’t have it
While it all seems a little sketchy here are some things I noticed

Reuters did in fact report that the President of Tanzania tested a paw paw fruit, a goat, and a sheep by sending samples to a lab with human names. The paw paw fruit and goat allegedly tested positive. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-tanzania-idUSKBN22F0KF
This blog provides perspective from someone in Tanzania during the height of the last lock down. I’m not familiar w/the author.
Of note: lack of locals reporting sickness, graveyards showing no indication of mass burials, and hospitals not being overrun. https://www.voanews.com/covid-19-pandemic/covid-19-diaries/covid-19-diaries-can-tanzania-really-be-coronavirus-free

So what can we gather from this? If multiple sources out of Tanzania are indicating life is going about as normal, perhaps the testing really IS faulty. Maybe that’s why there’s so much focus on POSITIVE cases & not the death rate.
Ask yourself why the government would do this.
