Despite the progressive work Arafat does, this organization has a horrible work culture. I was harassed there and they stood by the harasser, told me I was behaving like a damsel in distress for complaining. I know organizations change and grow, and I've never wanted them to be 'cancelled.' But they continue inflicting harm under the guise of progressive work and refuse to acknowledge what they've done to multiple people.
Arafat and Jibran were both on the board at the time, and despite agreeing with me, neither of them did anything to protect me. They both do great work outside of their ties to Soch management, but I am really tired of the org getting credibility through association w their work

If you're considering applying and have questions, my DMs are open. I will concede that they pay well, and I got to do work which enabled a lot of growth during my time there. But I very seriously question if it was worth the high cost I paid
