#ForcedTeaming. Here it’s described as an individual tactic to manipulate. This resonates with the forced teaming of the LGB with the T & demands that women have common cause with AGP males.
Also highlights how fear of seeming rude inhibits us from rejecting these advances /encroachments.
The social cost to women who say a clear, unequivocal NO are an everyday occurrence.
What we all know. It is safer to ask for help from another woman than a man in some contexts. (Example is late at night in a car park) .
This extract is worth quoting in full. Women talking about our need for single sex spaces are belittled by some men; who can also get really aggressive which kind of strengthens our argument.
This extract is followed up with some good advice about knowing *when* you are at risk. Don’t ignore your intuition often you are processing danger signals quicker than your conscious thoughts are processing them. (He also doesn’t exaggerate. We do go outside risk is in context)

Good list of factors predicting violence. Twitter aggro is not real life but it does get directed at women who reject males sexually / don’t validate their “identity”. Lots of male entitlement too....

When women are not allowed to state who is entitled to be in our spaces we create a dangerous standard.
Manipulation tactics. Appeals to emotion once rejected turn to more overt and aggressive demands.
When women speak up they provide anger, social ostracism and even violence/threats.
This on the poor job schools can do on protecting our kids. I am learning this from policies telling girls their boundaries are bigotry. #CheckYourSchool. Girls have a right to single sex spaces.
