I have eating disorders, so believe me when I say I know how hard and mentally exhausting this period is. How, no matter how close you are from reconvering or still being totally plagued by it, you just want everything to be over.

I know what is it to want to cry because you eat "too much", because you eat chocolate and other caloric things.
I also know how tempting it is to just go to the fucking toilet after eating so much, just so you can feel less guilty.

I don't have magic words to help you, to make you understand food isn't an ennemy, because you don't go from worst ennemy to best friends with a simple sentence.
But let me tell you that again: it's okay if you gain weight.

It's okay every day of the damn year, but even more during fest time.
I'm also not here to tell you if you need or not to actually lose or gain weight, because I don't know you and your body.
But, just 2 things:
your body is smart. Wait at the very least 3 or 4 days between the last feasty meal and the moment you weigh yourself. +

Your body needs to regulate, and it's only 3/4/5 days after eating a lot it finishes to regulate. At this moment you will know your true weight.
I know how hard it is when you try to lose weight, whether your habits are healthy or unhealthy.
