Waiting until ed twt learns that energy drinks and soft drinks pull you out of ketosis and break your fast
This is doing numbers... stuff that triggers insulin levels to spike or digestive responses bring u out of ketosis. Carbs in drinks, sugar/glucose, etc. Even some electrolyte drinks. You’ll still lose this is just aimed at people who focus on being in ketosis and staying in it!!
I’m not a professional tho this is just what I learn in my health and nutrition class and from the dietician my mum sees!!! And English isn’t my first language sorry guys. I’m sure you can find info online on this
Anyways might go priv im tired of saying the same thing over and over in the replies. Anything that spikes insulin (glucose etc) or carbs can end ketosis. SOME artificial sweeteners will. Not all. You can fast without ketosis and still lose. Have a nice day :)
